When creating projects, we are primarily guided by an analysis of where the project is located, what open and hidden tasks need to be solved, and only after all this an architectural design is formed that emphasizes the topics that we disclose.

Constant progress and courage of thought are two of Arch-UNIQUE's primary slogans! As a result, we have vast expertise working on a variety of projects - villas, residences, restaurants, hotels, clubs, cafes, banks, spa complexes.

 

 Since 2013, we've gained enough knowledge to produce architectural designs that are both comfortable and useful, while maintaining the modern aesthetics and restraint that are inherent in our projects.

Our projects are among the top 100 best public-space projects.

 

 The geography of projects today includes such countries as Thailand, Russia, France, Kazakhstan, and Qatar. 

 

 The founder and chief architect of the bureau is Marina Orekhova. Since the beginning of 2020, due to the pandemic, the team is based on the wonderful island Koh Samui, where we design progressive house and hotels.
